One dead in attack on mosque in Copenhagen


A man opened fire, killing one man and wounding two others outside a mosque in Copenhagen, the Danish capital, police said. The victim is a young man about 20 years, believed to be an immigrant from Pakistan, according to police spokesman said, speaking to news agency «Ritzau».
The incident occurred while dozens of people emerged from the mosque, where they celebrate "Eid al-Fitr."
Of the two wounded, one left the place with a vehicle, while the second hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the shoulder, the agency said citing the police.
The perpetrator remains at large. Police said they do not know yet what the motive for the attack. Gathers evidence and issued a description of the car, which is believed the offender escaped from the spot, trying to locate him.
