Courts run by Maria Menounos, after a quarrel with the former designer, Lindsay Almpanez, which accuses her of defamation.
The stylist decided to file a lawsuit against the Greek-American hostess, because, as claimed, wrongly accused her publicly that the deceived.
As the Almpanez the client's last June, "began to loudly accuse it of cheating.
"The Dolce & Gabbana does not lend my clothes anymore because I was told that they have not got back anything," reportedly said Menounos in Almpanez before large crowds during the awards MTV.
For his part, counsel for Mary told the media: "The truth about the applicant will come to light soon and when this is done, the court will dismiss this ridiculous case and will proceed to my client all expenses made as compensation. "
