Ipad ban in China?

A Court in the southern part of China imposed by a decision of last Friday a partial ban on sales of iPad Chouizchou city of Guangdong province and found that the company Shenzhen Proview retains the copyright of that name.
As reported the Japanese state channel NHK, the prohibition applies to all stores within the technological equipment of the city limits.
According to the verdict, this company had used for the first timethe term «iPad» 2000, before Apple released the famous tablet.Indeed, the Proview claiming a total amount of 2 billion U.S. dollars in damages.
On his part, notes that U.S. giant bought the copyright from the Chinese company a few years ago to be able to put into circulation the product.
Analysts estimate that is likely to be imposed in other cities such bans. Already today, Wednesday is scheduled similar trial inShanghai.
