New Head for Secret Services of Russia

Major General Sergei Igor is, today, the head of the Secret Service of the Russian Army (GRU) with a decision taken by the country's defense minister, Anatoly Serdyukov.
Major General Sergei has a background of the retired deputy chief of the GRU, Sliachtourof Alexander, 64.
Founded in 1918, the GRU, not partitioned when the USSR repealed act and abroad featuring a wide-network.The leader with two other high-ranking officials in the Kremlin, it may give the command to activate the Russian nuclear arsenal.
