Air France asked to borrow money from passengers

the crew of an aircraft of Air France, which originally was in Beirut and came to land yesterday in Damascus, was forced to ask passengers how much cash they had with them in order to refill the aircraft with fuel as the Syrian authorities refused to accept payment by credit card, announced today the French carrier. Ultimately, the solution found with another kind of arrangement, Air France stressed.

The aircraft with a final destination of Beirut yesterday evening was forced to alter course as due to incidents could not be landed in the capital of Lebanon and headed to Amman, but intermediate became imperative to land in Damascus because of lack of fuel.

During the landing of the Syrian capital, the crew was informed that payments are accepted by credit card, but only with cash, Air France spokesman stressed.

' Preventive and awaiting developments, the crew asked me how much money had been in cash with them to passengers, in order to pay for the fuel, "the same source stated.

As added the spokeswoman, the company has finally managed to pay the Bill without ‘ ’ borrowed money from passengers, but refused to disclose the method of payment and how was the amount required.

The aircraft, which had departed from Paris, took two hours after the landing in Damascus to pass the night  in Cyprus. This afternoon is expected to arrive in Beirut.

Air France stopped flying to Damascus since March, due to the escalation of conflict in the country and because of the deterioration of bilateral relations between the two countries.

"Because of the bad relations between the two countries and the situation in Syria, the passengers were really terrified to land there," a passenger in Reyters Agency, who asked not to be quoted.

Bomb attack in Columbia

Distress and anger prevails in the Colombian authorities after the bombing in the capital, Bogota. The bomb was placed in passing bus and was designed by former interior minister, Fernando Londono.
The explosion one policeman and the driver of a former government official died.
Pictures of the international media show the politician to be within the blood, the same time as a bodyguard with a gun in his hand trying to remove him from the place of attack.
Within a short time the road was filled with ambulances and fire brigade forces.
"We condemn this attack. The government will not tolerate such actions. Investigations to identify the perpetrators will continue, "he said in his statements, President of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos.
The Fernando Londono was interior minister from 2002 to 2004 under President Alvaro Urive.

Diablo III Lag Problem

Reports in amazon from people that acquired and played the new game from Blizzard Diablo 3 reported back with one star (best 5 stars) that the server of Diablo iii had lag problems. Most frustration among Diablo Players was reported on Germany just as the begin of the release of the game at 15 May at 0:01 o` clock. Presuming that the presale and sale was above expectations even from Blizzard.

The problem , even to play Diablo III in single Mode the game requires online connection with the data server von Blizzard.many people are getting the error codes  37, 75, 3003 or 31
Solution ? hopefully Blizzard with increase the Broadband and the numbers of online servers.

British RAF fighter found in the desert


A British RAF fighter plane that had gone to Egypt in June 1942found Seventy years later, intact, in a desert, west of the country, as was known from the British embassy in Cairo.
The aircraft, an American-made type Kittyhawk R-40,discovered a few weeks ago, during an operation for mining, said the embassy's military attaché, Captain Paul Collins, without specifying the exact location.

Queries for explosives in a garage



Two men aged 31 and 52 years were arrested and interrogated by  the British police following the discovery of explosives in a garage in southwest England, which prompted the authorities to decide to evacuate about 100 homes around the suspect building.
"At present we are unfortunately unable to remove the restriction of access" in the neighborhood of the garage in Tseltnam city , said one officer. The two men were arrested Friday and is believed to preparing a terrorist act, explained the police

Hundreds of members of the movement "Occupy London" gathered this afternoon on the steps of the Cathedral of St. Paul, on the occasion of International Day of Action movement.
"Down with capitalism" and "People before profits" were some of the slogans they wrote in their banners the protesters.
"The problems are always there, the crisis gets worse," warned economist at the Institute "New Economics Foundation," J. O'Hare, speaking to the crowd.
The website of the movement on Facebook about a thousand people have expressed their intention to participate in demonstrations.
The organizers asked the protesters to carry their tents, the symbols of the occupations of "indignant."
The largest "camp" the indignant Londoners, in the courtyard of the Cathedral, was dissolved last February.
