Nokia and Apple have agreed to settle the outstanding patent litigation.
The dispute began back in 2009, as Nokia asked for patent-royalties from Apple, claiming that the iPhone violated at least 10 Nokia patents
As a Result Nokia will receive an unspecified onetime payment from Apple as well as ongoing royalties for every Apple Iphone and Ipad sold .
