The Google seeks to compete with other big social networks like Facebook (750 million users) and The Twitter (200 million users, of whom 100 million active).
A remarkable "tool" of Google + is «Hangouts», which allows users to video chat with many other users simultaneously, a feature that will now be available to those who have "smart" mobile phone camera in the front or tablet computers.
