So according to the mainstream media Anders Behring Breivik who conducted the bombings  in Oslo and the isle carnage killing 92 Men with a rifle , for the Killing spree sent out a 1500 pages compendium of his views on the western civilization and the Muslims impact on it to politicians in Norway. The text is called 2083 – a european declaration of independence
