Dailydeal acquired by Google

Google seems to have acquired the DailyDeal, a German company similar to Groupon, which began in Berlin in December 2009.
Google is the moment does not announce or confirm anything that concerns about the takeover but would not say the same about the DailyDeal which issued a statement for this purchase but says something about the financial terms of the agreement.
The DailyDeal founded by Fabian and Heilemann Ferry in 2009 and offers daily deals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The two brothers after the acquisition of DailyDeal by Google, is expected to remain at the company's board.
Finally the company within 2 years managed to increase its share capital over $ 10 million.
