Dead cartel leader in Mexico

One of the leaders of drug cartels in Mexico Gulf, was found dead in a road near the border with the U.S., according to what reportedlocal media.
The Samuel Flores Boregko, known as "Measure 3", was found dead with gunshot wounds, a truck on the road between Reinosa and Monterrey, as the newspaper Milenio. In the same truck was found the corpse of a local police officer.
The U.S. State Department, offered a reward of five million U.S. dollars for information leading to the arrest of Boregko, and stateson its website that the man was head of operations of the cartel in Reinosa, opposite the town of McAllen, Texas.
The Gulf cartel, is in constant conflict with the Zeta cartels for control of drug trafficking in the U.S..
