Large parts of the territory of southern Pakistan flooded this year for the second consecutive year. The floods of the last year was, indeed,the worst in the history of Pakistan, causing direct over 20 million people to be influenced. The government in Islamabad has already received strong criticism abroad for not taking measures that would prevent the repetition of this year of flooding.
