Representative of the Government of Niger made it clear yesterday that he will not give the "green" light on the issue of Saadi Gaddafi.
The son of Muammar Gaddafi has found refuge in recent month in the African country at the same time members of the National Transitional Council (NTC) seeking his extradition to interrogate him.
