Russian multimillionaire candidate for presidential Elections

The Russian multimillionaire, Mikhail Prokhorov, said ready to claim the presidency and "face" the prime minister, Vladimir Putin at the next election in March.
Mr Prokhorov said that this is the most serious decision of his life.
